Research continues to show that doctors that have healthy lifestyles and practice healthful behaviors such as exercising, using sunscreen and obtaining from smoking are more likely to help patients do the same.

Doctors, therefore, have an extra job to do, that may be the most challenging for some: “practicing what they preach”.
