For Better Skin Avoid Processed Foods

Everyone knows that you can make bread using the simple ingredients; flour, yeast, water and a pinch of salt.  So why is it that the label on the bag of bread that I intend to purchase in the grocery store has niacin, thiamin mono-nitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, high fructose corn syrup, wheat gluten, cellulose, and many more chemicals? I don’t know about you, but I don’t recognize those ingredients and can barely pronounce them, so why would I want to eat that bread? After reading and studying what goes into the food we buy at the supermarket and how it can affect our health, I am convinced that refined sugar and processed foods directly contribute to acne, skin blemishes, and wrinkles. I always read the ingredients in food and Google them…. i get so afraid of what we are consuming with my family every day…. but what can we do to change it?
